- Begin with smaller quantities (under 50 ml) and listen to your body for any adverse reactions, which are usually rare. Light bloating, burping and gas release are normal side effects due to the presence of probiotics and mild fizz.
- Increase quantity to 200 ml daily. It can be increased as it suits you.

Drinking DIVS kombucha in Room Temperature
- If you wish to drink it at room temperature (or if you are avoiding cold drinks), transfer kombucha from bottle to a glass or cup & drink after temperature as reduced. Keep the glass covered with a lid that is not airtight.

Once the bottle is open, cover it with the crown cap, lid, or a bottle saver (link here to purchase), and always store in fridge
During hot weather, fermentation may restart if the bottle is not refrigerated. Burp the bottle (open the bottle, release gas and close immediately) regularly.
Storing it uncovered, or storing in room temperature will not necessarily spoil the drink, but will cause taste changes

Pregnant women absolutely need probiotics as it has direct correlation with the baby’s immunity and gut health. While we don’t consider any of our drinks entirely unsafe during pregnancy, we encourage you to make your own informed decision using the following disclosures:

If you purchased our Kombucha from us directly, we expect it to last longer than the 6 month promise, provided you store it in refrigeration.
We don’t encourage you to break a fast with divs Kombucha, directly on an empty stomach, unless you are primed, a regular drinker or don’t experience adverse effects.
If you are intermittent fasting, or fasting for any other reason, we recommend consuming our kombucha during the feeding window.
We have observed that our kombucha when consumed under 200 ml does not elevate blood sugar levels for most our our drinkers who monitor their sugar levels. We would recommend avoiding it on an empty stomach, but drink it with or before lunch or a snack.
