Mother Kombucha to make 1 litre, Scoby sufficient for 1 litre kombucha. Comes in a sealed pouch.
You can make unlimited batches from your first batch.Â
Always refrigerate when not in use. If you have already made one batch of kombucha, you can refrigerate scoby. Ensure the scoby stays alive by feeding it at least 1 spoon of sweet black tea every week or so.
Scoby and starter comes in a sealed pouch. It does not come with tea, sugar, water, jar for brewing, spoon, cloth.
Any online kombucha brewing instruction can be followed.
A Kombucha is similar to a plant or fruit - it is grown rather than manufactured. Conditions of your kitchen or brewing area is similar to a soil where a seed is planted. It is variable. Hence conditions of our brewery and yours would vary.Â
