    Made without vinegars or preservatives, divs Korean Kimchi is crafted for both it's zesty flavour with deep umami notes and gut health benefits! It is great for people watching their calories, diabetic, kids or just anyone who wants some zing into their meals!

    • INGREDIENTS

    We follow a traditional fermentation process, utilising temperature-controlled method for optimal fermentation results.  It is completely hand-cut, hand-mixed, and hand-packed. A rare process you will not find with most kimchi on the retail shelves. 

    Always refrigerate divs Korean Kimchi. Once open kimchi, in the fridge would be good usually for many years, but store with care. Souring is expected over time, any colour changes, discard that specific area and consume the rest. 

    There is a depth of flavor in our line that sets divs apart. This rich, savory umami flavor and tangy zing come from our sauce and hand-craft techniques.

    Add as a snack topper, to salads, rice, noodles and get inventive. No cooking required, and can be consumed in room temperature or heated. 

    Chinese cabbage, radish, onion, ginger, garlic, carrots, spring onion, pear, apple, radish, gochugaru flakes, gochujang paste, miso, salt

    Always refrigerate. Vegan and Gluten free.

    Kimchi has long been known for its nutritional benefits. On top of the vitamins and minerals from the vegetables, there are tons of diverse beneficial bacteria naturally occurring from the fermentation process.

    Always refrigerate, just like home-made curd/yogurt. Once open, use within 2 weeks, or expect taste change. Can be refrigerated unopened for upto 8 weeks from date of bottling.
